Regular listeners to Joy 92 FM know of our commitment to upholding what the Bible has to say about creation. We air Answer in Genesis with Ken Ham at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM daily along with Back to Genesis with Dr. John Morris of International Creation Research at 7:04 AM and 4:04 PM daily. We also air Science, Scripture and Salvation on Sundays at 8:05 PM. These programs give us the kind of information that confirms the fact that God created all things just as he said he did in Scripture.

2 Timothy 3:16 tells us “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” This includes the first book in the Bible – Genesis, the book Jesus himself quoted more than any other. God’s word is errorless!

So why then would Christians and many Church Leaders not want to take God’s account of creation literally and believe Darwinian evolution had something to do with it? Perhaps it’s because they trust academia and believe evolution is science. Our academic institutions have conditioned students that Creation is unscientific and Darwinian evolution is science. This conditioning has gone on for so many years that literally all institutions of learning teach evolution as scientific fact.

Well now someone has come to challenge these liberal, atheistic academics. His name is Ben Stein. You will probably remember him for his TV show, Win Ben Stein’s Money. Along with being an actor, he is a lawyer and former White House speech writer. Now he is movie writer.

He is the Star of the new movie “Expelled – No Intelligence Allowed” which will be out on April 18th in theaters. This movie has already garnered criticism from the New York Times trying to stifle the film. The National Center for Science Education has started a web site to claim the film is a propaganda film and is fraudulent.

Fred Stoutland who has the program, For Ordinary Christians, here on Sunday evenings at 7:30 PM, interviewed Mark Mathis at the National Religious Broadcasters in March. This interview will be aired on April 3rd at 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Mark pointed out in the film Darwinism cannot answer questions such as where did the complex forms of materials that support life come from. They certainly cannot explain life itself. How did the universe come into existence?

Ben Stein said in an interview with Family News in Focus that the academics do not want to believe in a Creator or Creation because that would mean there was a God they would have to be accountable to and that would be out of the question.

The movie also interviews scientists, professors and other notable people in the academic profession who have lost their jobs, tenure and reputations for questioning evolution as science. The Godless science of evolution was Hitler’s basis for creating a super race by killing 6 million Jews and many other people. Today it’s also the basis for abortion.

As Christians we have an obligation to equip ourselves with as much knowledge as possible in order to be effective witnesses for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Hopefully, many of you will see this film and use the information to counter the evolution crowd and hopefully cause some to realize the God of the Bible created all things.
